I imagine that we all know the huge benefits to the eyes and body in following a fresh food diet. I've just been reminded, in re-reading Harry Benjamin's excellent book, "Better Sight Without Glasses, of the benefits of fasting. I wrote a guest blog for someone recently about improving eyesight, and later, received a very critical comment. (This was a good thing, because these critics keep me on my toes!) I was driving to work again this morning thinking again about the changes in the past century or more. I turned off the radio and slowed to a crawl.
